Odfjell Technology has officially announced the signing of a pivotal Frame Agreement with Aker BP, marking a significant milestone in their collaboration. This agreement solidifies their partnership in providing essential Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, and Refrigeration (HVAC+R) engineering and maintenance services. Aker BP's entire portfolio of existing assets, including Ula, Valhall, Ivar Aasen, Edvard Grieg, Skarv, and Alvheim FPSO, is included in this agreement, with the potential for further extension to cover new assets.

The initial contract duration spans 5 years, with the option for two additional 3-year extensions. Over the course of the initial 5-year period, the estimated value of the contract amounts to 100 million NOK.

Anne Siri Sævareid, the Executive Vice President of Projects & Engineering at Odfjell Technology, expressed enthusiasm about the agreement, highlighting the shared commitment of both companies to operational excellence.
