On 9 April 2015, the PSA carried out an audit of ConocoPhillips's identification, handling and follow-up of non-conformities.

The objective of the audit was to assess how ConocoPhillips follows up the regulatory requirements relating to non-conformities.

Result

No non-conformities or improvement points were identified.

Non-conformity:

Entails that a condition is assessed as not complying with a regulatory requirement.

Improvement point:

Entails that we have identified a deficiency or weakness, without there being sufficient grounds for determining a breach of regulatory requirements.
